Heat Treated Fireproof Welding Blanket Thermal Insulation Fiberglass Cloth
Wingsec Heat Treated Fiberglass Introduction
Heat-treated fiberglass fabric for enhanced durability. Thicker, heavier, and stronger than other thinner, textured garments, this fabric better resists the thermal shock of welding sparks. Its lint-free texture prevents irritation to exposed skin, common with other fabrics and asbestos clothing. It reduces overall shock temperatures and prevents burn-through. It withstands temperatures up to 550°C and can intermittently withstand higher spark temperatures. It offers improved durability during thermal shock treatments. Its soft and flexible nature makes it ideal for wrapping around uneven surfaces and equipment. It's widely used in the shipbuilding/repair, oil/gas, petrochemical, and metal construction industries, which require insulation, insulating linings, and extensive welding. It's ideal for conducting heat away from the thermal shock point. Its high-density construction increases heat flow, providing an efficient heat transfer system away from the spark landing area.
