Heat Treated HT Fiberglass Fabric Golden Color Corrosion Resistance
Wingsec Heat Treated Fiberglass Introduction
HT800 is tightly woven and adopts an 8HS satin pattern to create an ideal filling density and conduct heat away from the thermal shock point. The density facility increases the heat flow so that the HT800 can provide an effective heat transfer system away from the falling spark area. This reduces the overall impact temperature and prevents burn-through. HT800 has a temperature resistance of up to 550°C and can withstand intermittent sparks at higher temperatures. After heat treatment, HT800 actually provides better durability when subjected to thermal shock treatment. The weight is 830g/m2. HT800 is soft and flexible, very suitable for wrapping uneven surfaces and equipment.
Why need Heat Treated?
This material is a fiberglass fabric that is heat treated. The heat treatment process removes organic binders, sets the weave, and reduces fraying when being cut. This material has many applications including: Lagging, Removable Jackets, Padding, and Fire Blankets.
