Lightweight Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Cloth for Extreme Temperatures
Description
Fiberglass aluminum foil cloth is composed of conductive aluminum foil cloth and hot melt adhesive.
A special flame-retardant adhesive is used to bond the composite material into a dense film. The resulting aluminum foil has a smooth and flat surface, high light reflectivity, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength, good air permeability, good water permeability, and excellent sealing performance. It features high shielding efficiency, strong material toughness, and low price, effectively shielding electromagnetic interference generated by various electronic products and equipment, making it an ideal alternative to conductive cloth. Indoor applications: Primarily used as insulation material for HVAC equipment pipes and sound insulation materials for buildings, as well as for the outer layer protection of rock wool and superfine glass wool, providing flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, and sound absorption.
Aluminum foil cloth can also be used as moisture-proof, anti-fogging, and anti-corrosion packaging material for export equipment.
Outdoor applications: Primarily used for the protection and wrapping of chemical equipment such as oil pipelines and steam pipelines, providing flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and heat insulation. Generally, aluminum foil cloth can be classified according to the base fabric: plain weave aluminum foil cloth, twill weave aluminum foil cloth, and satin weave aluminum foil cloth. Based on materials, it can be divided into: aluminum foil film + PVC + polyester film; aluminum foil film + polyester film; aluminum foil film + glass fiber (glass fiber aluminum foil hot melt cloth).
