Description:

This fiberglass cloth is woven from high-quality filament yarns, reinforced in both warp and weft directions with V4A steel wire (316 stainless steel wire), and impregnated with a high-temperature resistant liquid. The addition of V4A steel wire significantly improves tensile strength, while the impregnation liquid enhances temperature resistance to 700℃/1292℉. Furthermore, this impregnation process also enhances the product's abrasion resistance and fire resistance.

Product Features

• Block the spread of flames
  This material has exceptional fire-resistant properties, effectively blocking the spread of flames, making it one of the best choices for fire curtain system.
• S.S. (V4A) wire insided
  The stainless steel wire inside fiberglass fabric enhances its tensile strength and temperature resistance. It provides additional structural support, preventing deformation under high heat and mechanical stress, making the fabric more durable and reliable for industrial applications.
• Fire resistance 120 min at 1000 ºC
  The material provides fire resistance for 120 minutes at 1000ºC (Integrity). When used with a sprinkler system, it can meet fire resistance tests for even longer durations.
