Silicone Coated Fabric Introduction
High-temperature resistant silicone fabric is made of high-quality glass fiber, possessing excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance, and coated with silicone rubber. It is a high-performance, versatile new product.
This is a double-sided silicone-coated fabric based on E-glass fiber. The silicone coating is durable, wear-resistant, and can withstand high temperatures. Compared to uncoated fabric, it not only extends service life but also has stronger oil, water, and electrical insulation properties. The operating temperature range of this coated glass fiber fabric is -70~260℃.
Alkali-free fiber (commonly known as E-glass fiber): With an R2O content of less than 0.8%, it is an aluminoborosilicate composition. It has excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation properties, and strength. It is mainly used as an electrical insulation material, glass fiber reinforcing material, and tire cord.

Silicone Coating Cloth Features
Silicon fiber glass cloth is specially designed to retain the unique properties of silicon fiber while incorporating glass fiber into the matrix, giving it additional advantages such as dimensional stability, durability, excellent tensile strength, and low elongation. Furthermore, it can be used in a temperature range of -94°F to +500°F (-70°C to +260°C).
Application
